Not to be that guy, but as someone with a keen interest in this area, I've actually done nutritionist research and the math on jizz diets and jizz only diets. First off, you're going to need a few supplements because jizz does NOT contain all the nutrients you need for survival. It's one thing to have regular food absolutely drenched in cum. It's another thing entirely to have only cum. Now on to calories and shit. You get on average, around 1-5mL of Semen per ejaculation. The quantity increases if it's been a while since the last jizz, and less if it's been more recent.
