I remembered this bit after reading Lexi's imprinting, and the explanation of the two Phil's in the following chapter. This section says (1) the doc went to Phil Pak, and (2) Andy sees Phil Pak every week. Guessing it was a mistake? The doc went to Phil Marcos, aka the elder not Phil Pak!

in the poker winnings chapter Dr Varma was noted as going to Phil Pak (Lesser Phil) not Phil Marcos (Greater Phil)

For a while you had Phil Marcos, and then he became Phil Pak. At least I assume it's the same Phil, it seems to be.
