Quite simply, Viagra does NOT work as described on normal dosage. Overdosing can lead to serious complications. As described in the story the MC would have to have overdosed dramatically.

One does not just go off SSRIs, unless one wants a nasty withdrawal. I speak from experience. It takes months of slow reduction in dosage. Great story otherwise.

No, you go half a bottle, which no matter how small your bottle is is at least 10x (maybe even 50x) the recommendation.
