Good story except for one glaring fact: you clearly have NO idea how those pregnancy tests work.
What they do is look for specific hormones that are produced by a woman's body upon conception... BUT, it takes a MINIMUM of a week (usually more like 3-6 weeks) AFTER conception before her body produces them in sufficient quantities for them to show up on a test. And that is even on tests an actual doctor will use to check (which are far more reliable/accurate than home kits).

I've read this story so many times before, but I never noticed how weird it was that Sienna took pregnancy tests after the doctor had already confirmed it and told her how far along she was. That was completely pointless and a weird decision on her part. Even if one of the tests had said she wasn't pregnant, it's still less accurate than a doctor's visit and known to give false results.

MightyHeart should know that the STD tests, including, HIV are often PCR tests. The PCR wasn't designed for diagnosis, and if it is run for too many cycles it spits out false positives like a fountain. BTW, that is exactly how the Covid crisis was manufactured...PCR tests run at 40 -45 cycles almost guarantee 95% false positives, which is why 90% of the cases are asymptomatic (some of the symptomatic cases were falsely identifying other viral disease as Covid.
