I can suggest other medication to discuss with his doctor. Is he on Losartan for high blood pressure only?CustomerAs far as I know, what else would it be prescribed for? Or are you wanting to know what else he takes?Some patients take it for congestive heart failure.If just for high blood pressure, there are a number of other drug classes to consider. Some top recommendations would be hydrochlorothiazide, amlodipine, or atenolol.CustomerThe mucus is enough that it runs down his throat and into his stomach causing nausea and bloating. He hasn't been able to eat much the last few days because of the mucus. He has severe stomach cramps from it as well. He went to the emergency room recently and his stomach was full of air. Possibly from the mucus?
