After 30 days on the 3 mg dose, increase the dose of Rybelsus to 7 mg once daily. What Drugs, Substances, or Supplements Interact with Rybelsus?Rybelsus may interact with insulin secretagogues or insulin, and other oral medications taken at the same time. Tell your doctor all medications and supplements you use. Rybelsus During Pregnancy and BreastfeedingTell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant before using Rybelsus; it is unknown how it would affect a fetus. Women of reproductive potential should stop using Rybelsus 2 months before a planned. It is unknown if Rybelsus passes into breast milk. Breastfeeding is not recommended while using Rybelsus.
