Very careful and respect this drug! This is probably just not the right drug for you. It does take time and patience to find the right drug or combination of drugs to treat your pain. If you are not seeing a pain management Dr, I would recommend that you ask your PCP to refer you to one. PM docs have a greater arsenal than PCP's do. The max dose of tramadol is 400 mg a day. If I'm reading you correctly you are on way too much. What you have now is correct. I didn't find the round pill on the identifier. The big draw is that tramadol isn't classed as a controlled medication. It is however addicting if you're taking more then you should.
